STUBS supports the UK's most seriously injured servicemen and women by hosting them at sports and cultural events during their stay at Headley Court, the main tri-service rehabilitation centre. Most received their injuries on active service in Afghanistan. You can follow STUBS on Facebook.

Story

Hello! So far this summer I have completed the London 10K in 47mins, cycled from London to Paris and now I am running a half marathon in Ealing to complete the trilogy.

All donations will go to STUBS, a charity supporting injured Servicemen undergoing rehabilitation at the Headley Court DMRC (Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre). They do an excellent job which I have been priviliged enough to witness first hand.

I'll conduct a draw at the end of October and for every £10 you donate you will have one name in the hat for a bottle of Tattinger Champagne.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
