<p>Last year, with my best friend, I competed in powerlifting for the first time and raised money for the Windsor, Ascot &amp; Maidenhead District Sports Association for the Disabled, a great charity which provides a range of sporting facilities and coaching to disabled people from beginner right up to Olympic level. We raised over &pound;1100 between us, and over &pound;3000 was raised in total.</p> <p>So I guess I can do it again this year. And at a time of cuts in the third sector, these guys need every penny.
