In June 2011 I am going to paddle a sea kayak across the English Channel........ and back again!
I am not the first person to do this but at 52 years old I believe that I am the oldest.
This challenge will see me paddling almost fifty miles across the busiest shipping channel in the world and I will have to paddle constantly for up to twelve hours if I hope to succeed. Training has started and I have been donated a kayak for the challenge.
