On Thursday, 19th of June, I will be joining my Barclays colleagues in a grueling, 10 mile, up-stream odyssey of a race against time, up the tidal Thames. We will battle against the elements, the current, the ferries and other myriad river-users including god-knows-what kind of flotsam and jetsam in order to win your approval and admiration and to (hopefully) inspire you to donate to this excellent charity. 

I have a modest target of £250 which I would love to smash. Also, every pound that you give should be matched by Barclays as well, so it's 2-4-1 donations - wooop!

So please support me so that i have something to work for whilst i either freeze in standard summer rain, burn in unusual summer blazing sunshine, drown in probably filthy water, or contract something lovely like Weils disease (look it up!).
