Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-shortening genetic condition that slowly destroys the lungs and digestive system. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity fighting for a life unlimited, when everyone living with CF can look forward to a long, healthy life. www.cysticfibrosis.org.uk

Story

The walk is done.  It was an experience I shall never forget.  Time rolls on, and it's time for a new challenge to keep the money coming in for Cystic Fibrosis.

I plan to attempt the Welsh 3000's challenge.  Only a 24 hour challenge this time.  In a nutshell, climb Snowdon, camp on top until first light next day.  Then proceed to climb the remaining 14 mountains in Wales which are over 3000 ft.  This adds up to 30 miles in distance and 10,000 ft of ascent.  You must be finished 24 hours or less after leaving Snowdon's summit.

If you're on this page to donate for the John O Groats challenge, thank you.  I accept money  for all challenges to the same fund.

I continue to give your donations to Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
