We’re Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), and we’re a suicide prevention charity. We host a helpline for people affected by suicide, as well as vital online resources for anyone who needs them.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm taking part in a charity running challenge at MOO - LON>DEN MARATHON. Collectively, our goal is to run the distance between our two most distant offices - London to Denver, which is 4,658 miles.

Each MOORunner will complete their own running challenge and mine is to run more than 50 miles in July. By way of context, it took me until the middle of June to run 50 miles cumulatively this year! So 50 miles in a month will be push.

I'm running for The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) because I've admired their work for a long time. CALM is leading a movement against male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK.

In addition to my individual fundraising efforts, MOO, and some of our partners, will be donating £1 per mile run to World Mental Health Day, so every mile will count in this month-long challenge.
