At Young Lives vs Cancer, we help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. We’ll face it all together – but we can’t do it without you. Visit www.younglivesvscancer.org.uk

Story

Huge thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!!!

On the 9th of June 2012 I'm taking part in the Glencoe 70 Wild Miles adventure challenge with the aim of raising at least £1,500 (but hopefully much much more!) for CLIC Sargent to help them give support to children suffering with cancer and their families. During the event I will cover 70 miles via bike, kayak and run in a target of around six hours. The course also looses and gains a gradient of around 1100 ft and this is not to mention potential weather conditions which may add to the difficulty of this event! So there's a lot of training to be done over the next six months in which those I aim to support and those supporting me can follow and enjoy at - http://bloodsweatandsillyideas.wordpress.com/ - please dig deep to help support a very worth while cause in making a difference to these kids and families!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
