Story

You will have heard of the legendary Lands’ End to John O'Groats bike ride. Big you say? That's for the amateurs.

Real men of steel cut their cloth on the road less travelled - Lands’ End to Fort William. The stuff of legend. Also the ride of someone who can only take a week off. Never mind, it is close enough.

There's also a nasty rumour that the uphill on this bike ride is equivalent to cycling up Everest. More than a little daunting and worryingly painful.

But consider that there are 41,000 children living with HIV/AIDS in Lesotho. Of these only 4,000 of these children are on treatment, and without treatment, 90% of HIV+ children die before their fifth birthday and a third will not see their first.

So over 800 miles in 8 days suddenly doesn't sound quite as bad.

Please support by donating any amount that you can to help mobilise paediatric HIV care in Lesotho.

It'll be worth it toiling up those hills.

Thank you and I'll keep you posted on how it goes!
