I,ve recently in the last 3 months returned to south london to work for crystal palace football club for whom i used to play for in the late 80s early 90s,at the time i signed i sported a moustache and was kindly referred to by the palace faithful as charlie chaplin on the wing,i shaved it off after a year but since returning to the area all the palace fans have been asking me what happened to the tache eddie? So sitting having a drink with my friend and big palace fan danny foley watching the horriffc story unfold on tv how soldier lee rigby was brutally murdered we both decided we would like to do something in memory of lee and all our fallen heroes. We said if palace win the playoff final v watford i would grow it back and then have it shaved off in his pub on the 29th of june where he is holding a fundraising day for help for heroes, so here we are, thanks for all your support .....Eddie mcgoldrick.
