Hi - I'm running a leg of the marathon as part of Age Sector Platform's relay team to raise money to help older people campaign for action against the scandal of older people not being able to afford to heat their home, put food on the table or even to feel safe in their own homes.

I’m running 6 miles which some might say isn’t too far but as a non-runner it looks like Everest to me!  I have already calculated that it’s like running from Armagh to Markethill or doing 33 laps of a football pitch…  Think I need to work on my psychology for this a bit more…
