<p>In August this year I will taking part in the Three Peaks Challenge in aid of the Musician's Benevolent Fund.&nbsp;This is a gruelling&nbsp;marathon in which I shall climb the&nbsp;three highest peaks in mainland UK, and also drive between them.&nbsp;The peaks are (in climbing order) Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England) and Mount Snowdon (Wales).</p> <p>The Musician's Benevolent Fund is an invaluable resource for professional musician's, and they have been generous enough to sponsor my studies at the Royal Academy of Music.
