As most of you will know I am not the most motivated of individuals. In fact I am lazy, selfish and have never really taken much interest in helping others. So ... how to solve this ... A marathon over 3 mountains? Why not, if your gna do it do it right! Michael Page International have got me into doing this with the company, so at least I wont be on my own!

The charity I am raising for does some great work for sufferers of Dementia. There are not really any causes particularly close to my heart, however a good friend of mine (Rob Bee) has first hand experience of the affects of this problem, so I felt it was as good a cause as any.

In short, I do not ask for much money, I have never badgered you for sponsorship ever, and I garentee this will not be happening again soon; as its far too much hard work to repeat. So just this once, dig deep and spare what you can. I mean, can u imagine my lazy, large alcoholic arse doing a marathon over three mountains ... that's got to be worth a few quid!
