Andy and Richard are support this charity as they cycle the Tour. I thought a single day in London was hard. It is not as hard as this sustained cycling day in day out. Today Friday they will be reaching Narbonne the end of the ride. The temperature today is 26C!! A bit cooler than Birchington ward today! This a very busy unit staffed by incredibly dedicated and hard working staff of all grades. Yvonne was treated during August last year when the temperature was quite high. The money raised through this sponsorship will be used exclusively on this unit for the comfort of both staff and patients. Ovarian Cancer is a dreadful disease with many complications. A donation no matter what size will be used to make time on this unit more comfortable. Please give generously.
