In 2009 my grandad (Peter Grundman) was diagnosed with lung cancer (3 x seperate tumas) and has since undergone both chemotherapy and radiotherapy and in December was told that his tumas have shrunk by a total of 2/3!! Since day one of being diagnosed my grandad has been given the full support of Macmillan Cancer in ways like transport to and from the hospital which has helped no-end.

I have decided to try and do my bit by raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support by doing the Inca Trail in September this year. Its a 10day challenge which will take me through remote cloud forrest to a 4200m Andean peak, trekking along high mountain passes to Machu Picchu, Peru's famous lost city of the Incas.
