On 1st November, I ran the Delhi Half Marathon. Daytime temperatures have dropped to around 28C so it's not as barmy as it sounds, though the air quality has also dropped dramatically in the past few days! But I'm raising money for Save the Children India and I'd love your help.

Toby Porter, programme manager for India, told me about a street kids drop-in centre which they've started in South Delhi. It will be a place of refuge and fun for orphans, working kids and ragpickers. I'm running with him and some other friends to raise some money for this new centre. They have funding to rent the place and pay salaries for carers. So our money will go directly towards buying books, toys, games and for decorating the place in a child-friendly fashion. I'm hoping that Kate, Clara, Hugo, Anna and I will also help paint the place up and kick start some activities too.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, your money goes directly to the charity and UK Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity. So please dig deep and donate now.

All the best, Edward
