On Sunday August 15th in aid of Cancer Research UK I’ll be abseiling 450ft down Guy’s Tower at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital in London. As many of you may or may not know, heights scare the crap out of me! It will be a hard for me to get to the edge of the tower, let alone look over the side and then climb over! So I thought if I’m going to do something that’s going to challenge me in such away then I should do it for a good cause. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
