Yet another mid-life crisis!

After a little gentle persuasion from my friend Dominic Elliott , I am to compete in the Mazda Blenheim Triathlon on saturday June 5th 2010.

I am doing this for a charity called the " CHARLIE WALLER MEMORIAL TRUST" set  up in 1998 by Charlie's family to increase awareness of the signs and the dangers of depression and to foster encouragement of those who may be depressed to seek help.

Charlie was a wonderful individual and a great friend.
