Ebrahim College was established in 2003 as a Darul Uloom style seminary appropriate for the modern world. The aim was to benefit from the rigour and credibility of the traditional Darul Uloom and, where it was deemed beneficial, merge it with the best in modern curriculum development, pedagogy, technology and research.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am a student at Ebrahim Academy (I am 13 and currently in Year 9), a project of Ebrahim College. One of my main hobbies is climbing so when I heard of the mount Snowdon trek, I knew it was perfect for me! I'd be raising money for my school (and schools in Palestine too), gaining reward (charity towards schools is sadaqah jaariyah) and at the same time, having fun!

Donate now and you will benefit greatly in both the dunyaa and the aakhirah! Remember, sadaqah never decreases your wealth. Allah will reward you greatly for giving even 1 penny, as this is also sadaqah jaariyah. Sadaqah jaariyah is charity that you will always get reward for, in this case because people will always be benefitting from the knowledge taught at schools. you gain reward for every single person that ever benefits, directly or indirectly, from these schools! So, what are you waiting for, why not donate now and propagate your aakhirah?

All funds raised will be split equally between sponsoring Orphans in Palestine with humanitarian aid charity, Islamic Help (UK charity no. 1100259) and supporting students here in the UK with Khalil Foundation, an umbrella organisation of Ebrahim College (UK charity no. 1108141), subsidising student costs to help teach our next generation of scholars.

A bit about the charities:

Islamic Help’s Orphan Sponsorship Scheme supports the most vulnerable of orphans – those with little support, caught in the throes of conflict and instability. They support orphans living in orphanages as well as those that live with family members or siblings.

Khalil Foundation aims to ensure the development and growth of Islamic education so that we can prepare the scholars, leaders and community that we need. Education supports the Ummah locally and globally and is vital for us as we are the ultimate beneficiaries; this affects us, our children, and our future generations.
