<p>Thank you so much for looking at my JustGiving page and for donating to Team Pembroke's bike challenge.&nbsp;We are going to try to&nbsp;cycle from London to Paris in 4 days, to raise money for patients having treatment in&nbsp;the Pembroke Unit at Salisbury Hospital.&nbsp;Every day I am amazed by the courage, resilience and humour of the people that I see having treatment there.&nbsp;This challenge is nothing compared to what some of our patients have to face. So this is my way of trying to do that bit extra, to make their experience as good as it can possibly be.</p> <p>So&nbsp;- it's been a challenge already, fitting in all the training in between work and children, and I'm not sure if&nbsp;we've done enough training to&nbsp;make it to Paris in one&nbsp;piece ! But it has also been a great pleasure, and we've discovered some lovely cycle paths in the New Forest.&nbsp;And if&nbsp;we can raise lots of money to help our patients through their journeys, then it will also, I hope, be a real achievement too.</p> <p>Thank you so much for your support.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
