I will be joining my colleagues at  Egton on a walk across the Three Peaks to raise money for the charity MIND for Mental Health. 

What is it?
The Yorkshire 3 Peaks ascends the three highest peaks in Yorkshire (Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough), taking in over 5000ft of ascent/descent over a distance of roughly 24 miles.
