As some of you are aware I am on a healthy eating plan, (diet to those of you not in the know!)  I have decided to try to raise some money for Sparkles at the same time so I am asking you to sponsor me for my efforts.  Sparkles is the Annual Ball held for people with learning disabilities at Inspire.

 

I am going to follow the plan for 10 weeks for the sponsor & in that time I am hoping to lose at least 10lbs, hoping being the operative word!  You can sponsor me by the lb or as a donation, up to you. 

 

No refunds if I put the weight back on after & no you do not get cash from me if at the end of 10 weeks I’ve put on weight which according to my family is more likely!!!
