<p> It's taken 30 years for us to take up exercise but when we decide to do something we don't do it in half measures! We are completing a Coast to Coast bike ride starting in Whitehaven and ending in Tynemouth on the 19th June 2011, the ride will take us three days and we will cover 137 miles in total.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are cycling in aid of The Cyrenians. The Cyrenians supports a wide range of individuals in the North East including the homeless, victims of domestic violence and those with serious drug and alcohol addiction. The Cyrenians help people break free from destructive lifestyles and as an organisation believes that individuals can change their lives and recover from the trauma that has caused harm to the individual and those around them. The Cyrenians supports individuals to gain new skills through training and education and ultimately supports people to access employment.
