HOORAY I've done it!! I am really pleased with my time of 4:59.50!! The last 6 miles were pretty tough and the weather was really warm. The crowds and the atmosphere were great. Thank you to all those who have donated, I think my final total will be over £1000 for a very worthy cause. Thanks again!

Thanks again for your support.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in Sep 2005. At the time I was serving in Germany so I had my all of my treatment there. Although that had many plus points there were also some drawbacks (language/support etc); I relied on Cancer Backup/MacMillan for advice and information during and after my treatment. They also helped support other people affected by a diagnosis of cancer that joined my BFG Support Group 'JIGSAW'.

Having just passed a memorable birthday and 5 years since diagnosis it seems like the right time to complete my next challenge; that is the London Marathon!

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thanks
