We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

In January this year my brother in law found out he had Lymphoma cancer. At the young age of 35 you would think he would have struggled to cope but being the person he was he held his head high and carried on smiling. He battled hard against it and still kept smiling!! He never gave up and refused to let it get him down. For all his will and with everything he had be fought, still full of sarcasm and smiles he battled on. Sadly though at the end of may Ian was informed by the doctors that there was nothing more they could do and predicted he would only have days to weeks to live!! News that would effect the lives of his family forever. Yet Ian still refused to give up, he continued to smile and believe. For that we loved him. He battled on but sadly on Wednesday 18th June he lost his battle after just 4and a half months! but not before informing his Brother Mark that he had to find new ways to keep his memory alive each year on the anniversary of his passing. So next year along with myself and other family members we will be cycling London to Paris and raising as much money as we can to honour his wishes. So please just give a little and help us reach our target!! We are raising money for The Teenage Cancer Trust, the charity of Ian's choice. A brave and courageous man who never once complained or asked why him!! In you honour Ian we will ride and we will succeed xxx
