If you're reading this, then there's no excuse for turning back now!!!

I am running the Dublin Marathon on Monday 26th October for the 3rd time (mad I know!) and I'm raising money for the British Lung Foundation, to help them carry out research into lung disease and help people to suffer less in the future than my Dad did in the past.

Being connected to his oxygen supply 24 hours a day wasn't easy, but we did have some very funny moments!
