<p>I want to <strong><span style="color: #000000;">make it matter </span></strong>and one of the ways I am doing this is by joining a team to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain, from 7-16 October 2011 to raise funds for <span style="color: #00ccff;">Mercy Ministries UK</span>.</p>
<p><span style="color: #00ccff;">Mercy Ministries UK </span>is a national charity dedicated to providing a free-of-charge, 6-month residential Christian discipleship programme for young women suffering from life controlling issues such as eating disorders, self-harm, depression and the effects of abuse in all its forms <a href="http://www.mercyministries.co.uk">www.mercyministries.co.uk</a>.</p>
<p>It costs just under £1000 a day to run the programme to provide its 13 residents with accommodation, food, utility expenses, one-to-one support, 24 hour care, books, CDs and all other teaching and training resources to help them overcome their issues.</p>
<p>So <strong>please </strong>give generously to this work which is so desperately needed in our society today by sponsoring me to climb that mountain!</p>
