Story

<p>I am a local Brighton drama teacher who works with teenagers. &nbsp;I have seen first hand their struggles with daily life and their triumphs!</p> <p>A group of my students are currently working on a play as part of The National Theatre Connections 2012 tackling the subject of teenage pregnacy and isolation from help and advice. &nbsp; This has caused them to them to think deeply about this subject and realise how lucky they are to have somewhere in their local area that provides this kind of support to their age group.</p> <p><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #1c1c1c; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; text-align: left;">Safe + Sorted is a youth advice centre in Moulsecoomb, which helps young people (aged 10-25) access&nbsp;information and guidance,&nbsp;improve their skills and&nbsp;seek emotional and practical support.</span></p> <p style="border-image: initial; outline-width: 0px; outline-style: initial; outline-color: initial; font-size: 14px; vertical-align: baseline; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: #ffffff; line-height: 19px; color: #1c1c1c; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: left; padding: 0px; margin: 0px; border: 0px initial initial;">Please donate to Safe + Sorted, the young people of Moulsecoomb need help and we deliver it. But we can't do it all on our own.. we need your help.</p> <p style="border-image: initial; outline-width: 0px; outline-style: initial; outline-color: initial; font-size: 14px; vertical-align: baseline; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: #ffffff; line-height: 19px; color: #1c1c1c; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: left; padding: 0px; margin: 0px; border: 0px initial initial;">We recently featured on Channel 4's Secret Millionaire... if you missed it you can watch it at:&nbsp;</p> <p style="border-image: initial; outline-width: 0px; outline-style: initial; outline-color: initial; font-size: 14px; vertical-align: baseline; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: #ffffff; line-height: 19px; color: #1c1c1c; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: left; padding: 0px; margin: 0px; border: 0px initial initial;"><a style="border-image: initial; outline-width: 0px; outline-style: initial; outline-color: initial; vertical-align: baseline; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: transparent; color: #2a42c6; cursor: pointer; padding: 0px; margin: 0px; border: 0px initial initial;" href="http://www.channel4.com/programmes/the-secret-millionaire/episode-guide/series-7/episode-12">http://www.channel4.com/programmes/the-secret-millionaire/episode-guide/series-7/episode-12</a></p> <p style="border-image: initial; outline-width: 0px; outline-style: initial; outline-color: initial; font-size: 14px; vertical-align: baseline; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: #ffffff; line-height: 19px; color: #1c1c1c; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: left; padding: 0px; margin: 0px; border: 0px initial initial;">Bradley's&nbsp;amazing gift was extremely generous but it is not enough... please donate whatever you can afford.</p> <p>In order to show my support and pride in them and their achievements, I have decided to try to raise some money in their name,in order to help this vital support to continue.</p> <p>So AKT students - this is for you! &nbsp; If you would like to know more about AKT Young Peoples Theatre or indeed see their play please follow this link:&nbsp;</p> <p><a href="http://www.actbrighton.org/akt.php">http://www.actbrighton.org/akt.php</a></p> <p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
