Khalida and I have finished walking from St Bees Head to Robin Hood Bay on 2.6.2012 we officially walked 192 miles although we walked further if we included getting to our B & B's. Thank you to Mike for his navigational skills which ensured that we arrived safely at our destinations.

The walk was very challenging, I found going up the mountains relatively easy but coming down them was a different matter whilst Khalida ran down them she had to crawl up them. This was Khalida's first long distance walk and our first walk to raise money for charity.

We really enjoyed the walk and are now recovering and starting to prepare for our next challenge.

We hope that our friends will donate generously to our chosen charity.

Sephton Unit is an admission ward for older people with Cognitive impairment work and the staff work very hard to make the unit warm and welcoming for service users and visitors.

We want to raise money to help improve patient comforts.
