Story
So everyday in January I shall be walking or running to raise money for the Mental Health Charity Mind. I think it's good to raise awareness and help end the stigma that can surround mental health as well as helping others in need.
About R.E.D. January
Run or walk your way through January!
There are no rules. The aim is to move your body every day. It could be anything from 5 minutes a day to 5 or 10k and beyond - it's entirely up to you.
