Story
<p><span style="color: #333399;">Most of you know that I can't bear running! But after doing a couple of 5K runs I suggested / was talked into doing 10K - not just one but two! I must be mad. But both are in the streets of central London - it's the closest I'm ever going to get to running the London marathon!</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #333399;">The first run is on May 30th. The challenge for this one is to jog the whole distance, no stopping, no walking - as the song says, "keep on running"! The training's going well, slowly increasing my distance and not struggling to breathe so much. Still look like a blotchy beetroot at the end!</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #333399;">The second one is on the 10th of July. For this one, I have a chip - serious stuff! So the challenge is to improve on the time from the first one. </span></p>
