This September I will be taking part in Run To The Beat for the Nordoff Robbins team. For those of you who have never heard of this fantastic charity they are dedicated to providing music therapy to all of those in need. Their work is far reaching treating those with learning and social difficulties to providing holistic relief to those in need. On top of this they also provide training for therapists to further their learning.
