I'm Elise Schofield, a third year Drama and Theatre student at the University of Kent.

I have crazily signed up for the Prague Marathon in May this year! I will be running/walking/crawling 26.2 miles around Prague for Breast Cancer Now. This is a HUGE challenge for me as I have always hated sport and exercise, and I have only recently joined a gym! I wanted to choose a challenge that would push me to my limits though and I know this DEFINITELY will! It is going to be SO hard, but I'm so excited :)

Another reason I chose to do it was because Breast Cancer is such an amazing cause. Unfortunately, cancer in general effects so many people today. Two members of my family died from cancer a few years ago and it was the hardest thing I have ever experienced. To see fit, energetic people you love wither away in front of you is the most awful thing. I truly believe that if we all donate what we can we can beat cancer. By doing this challenge I have to raise £1300, which will mean they are one step closer to beating Breast Cancer.

I still can't believe I have signed up for this! I'm posting updates and photos of my training and fundraising journey along the way. I would be so grateful if you could please help me reach my target and get to Prague by donating whatever you can.
