Along with 12 of my friends from DOBS & FOBS cycle club, I'll be riding over 250 miles across Wales, over the Brecon Beacons and through Snowdonia, back to St John's Hospice in Wirral.  We want to raise as much money as possible for this fabulous charity which takes such good care of people during some of the most difficult times in their lives.
