<p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Welcome to my JustGiving page! During 2012 I will be walking the 194 mile Hertfordshire Way, in 16 stages of 10 to 15 miles each. The Hertfordshire Way is a network of footpaths that circumnavigates the county, showcasing the beautiful landscape. I have never done a long-distance walk before, and I'm really enthused about the challenge.&nbsp;</span><br> <br> There are several of us doing the walk, in aid of the Hertfordshire branch of the Campaign to Protect Rural England. CPRE Hertfordshire is an environmental charity of long standing that works through the planning system to protect the countryside. CPRE also champions various activities of rural life including farming, forestry, and "stopping the drop" (preventing litter). I started volunteering for CPRE about 3 years ago because I care deeply about protecting the countryside, and I want to use my 194 mile walk to raise much needed funds for CPRE's work.<br> <br> By sponsoring my walk you will be directly helping to fund CPRE's activities - any amount is welcome.
