For the second year, I'll be participating in the Sick Kids Save Point - a 24 hour gaming marathon to raise money for the Sick Kids Friends Foundation. The charity works to support the work of the Royal Hospital for Sick Children, and over the years have made real contributions to the hospital and the patients for whom they provide care.

The event is definitely fun, but last year I found that the last 8 hours or so were also really difficult. This year, we'll be stocking up on even more caffeinated products to get us through the long night of gaming that comprises the final push. Your support for the Sick Kids Friend's Foundation is greatly appreciated, and I'll be keeping people updated as to my progress thoughout the marathon period.
