This challenge combines tower runs up three of London’s tallest buildings, a total of c.5K run between locations and an abseil off the third tower as the ultimate finale. The towers are 30 St Mary Axe (The Gherkin), Salesforce Tower London (formerly known as Heron Tower) and 200 Aldersgate with a combination of over 2,000 steps and the abseil is from a height of 56 metres.

I am slightly terrified and any help in raising as much money as possible would be fantastic to get me through.
