Those of you who know us also know that getting all four of us out with the dog for a family walk is nigh on impossible.  You will also know that Liz would rather jump off a cliff than run anywhere.  That does not deter us.  We are lucky that we can spend time together whether we always want to or not.  The families supported by Medecins sans Frontieres have been practically destroyed by the ravages of disease and war and do not have the opportunity to just "be" a family.  This small gesture is our way of recognising the work done by so many people who work for and with this wonderful charity.
