We’re Mind, the mental health charity, working across England & Wales. We believe no one should face a mental health problem alone. We’re here for you. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. We’ll listen, give support & advice, & fight your corner. Thanks for fundraising for national Mind.

I will be taking on the three highest mountains in the UK this July, along with fellow members and friends from Fit4it gym. The three peaks is a tough challenge, where we will go without sleep attempting to climb all three peaks as quickly as possible - which includes trekking through the night, climbing Scafell Pike in the Lake District in the pitch black!

Starting at Ben Nevis in Scotland on the Saturday we will ascent and descent then immediately leave for the journey to Scafell Pike in the Lake District, Climbing through Saturday night, upon finishing Scafell we will head to Wales for the Final Climb of Snowdon early on Sunday morning.

Mental health problems are often overlooked and misunderstood, as mental health issues can't physically be seen. Every penny counts and just £1 could help someone, even if all they need is a friendly voice at the end of a phone.
