Story
On the 16th May 2014 I'll be going to Zambia to help build a school for the Kabaka community with a group of 20 people from the BGL group.
In order to get to Zambia I need to raise a minimum of £3500 and I would really appreciate you help and support in raising money for this fantastic cause.
Kabaka community school is a rural community about 25km west of Kapiri Mposhi in Kapiri District, Zambia.
The current school uses an empty health clinic and makeshift classrooms of sticks and grass. There are 258 pupils, 171 girls and 87 boys, on the school register.
Build it International is changing lives in Zambia. They work with local communities to build essential facilities and they train local people in building skills. The money that we make all goes towards the training of local people and in the building of a school with 3 class rooms, sanitation facilities and a house for teachers.
