Hospices of Hope work to improve the quality of life for terminally ill children and adults in Romania and surrounding countries through increased provision and access to hospice care services and training.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We will shortly be taking part in one of the Hospices of Hope Summer Camps to take the children for a holiday. To help them go on this holiday we are raising money by going on a 24km sponsored walk.

Hospices of Hope is a charity which supports those who have life threating illnesses and their families. They have set up charities in Romania and other South Eastern European countries which are struggling to support the vulnerable.

While we are in Romania we will be volunteering at one of the Camps for the children who have been carers for their family or due to a siblings long term and terminal illness have not been getting the emotional support that a growing child needs. At the Summer Camp we will be trying to give them a proper holiday, working alongside Romanian volunteers.

We will also be volunteering at the local Hospice, caring for those who have terminal illnesses.

The majority of the money we hope to raise will pay for the children to go on holiday. As well as financially supporting the Hospices of Hope.

Please help to support us in our effort to make a difference to others lives.

If you want more details on the charilty, this is their website:

http://www.hospicesofhope.co.uk

Thank you

Elizabeth and Kasia
