I am arranging a 10k sponsored walk in aid of Poppyscotland, the organisation behind the Scottish Poppy Appeal. It will take place in Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute, on the 7 November (2009) and the money will go to help veterans and their families throughout Scotland.

Poppyscotland will need more support than ever this year, with more and more Servicemen and women returning from conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan - many of them with psychological, physical or financial problems. This, along with challenges of the current economic crisis, means that every penny counts! So please give whatever you can, all donations are extremely welcome!!
