Hi All,

On October 3rd I will be making my way to Swindon, of all places, at some evil hour in the morning, to participate in a 100km cycle ride for WaterAid. Don't ask me what made me decide to do it - I think I might have had a minor episode. But doing it I am and I'd really appreciate any support you might be able to give.
