So... I have decided to take part in a 45 mile bike ride from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle on 7th October 2018 for the Princes Trust.

The Prince's Trust is a charity that helps young people aged 11-30, who are struggling in school or are unemployed, and support them to change their lives by offering free programmes to provide the support they need, both practically and financially. These programmes help to develop their skills whilst also boosting their confidence and motivation, helping them to achieve their goals and dreams. 

Last year the charity helped over 57,000 young people get into jobs education and training.
