This year, for the first time, I'll be running the London Marathon. A very exciting prospect!  

I have chosen to run for a great charity called YoungMinds. Its the UK's only national charity committed to improving the mental health and emotional well-being of all children and young people.  As many of you may know, a close member of my family suffers from Bipolar Affective Disorder, a very complex and frustrating illness.  I have experienced first hand the distress and sadness that mental illnesses cause for both the sufferer and their family. I wouldn't wish it on anyone! 

So please dig deep and donate.
