I have committed myself to running the London 10K this July, and I have started a slow and painful training regime! Those of you who know me will appreciate that I must think this a really worthwhile cause, and I must be very keen to raise funds – I have never even run 1K before now, and I’ve always found it hard to comprehend why people go running out of choice!!</span></span></div>

I’m aiming to make at least £750, and I’m very grateful for any donations to help me reach this total.</span></div>
