<p>As many of you know, my beautiful Mum (Joanie) passed away 4 years ago from Primary Biliary Cirrhosis. Although she had suffered with it for more than 10 years, she was courageous, brave, and stong and<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"> </span>still managed to get to the shops, Marks & Sparks being a favorite! Thank goodness for her stubbornness, she kept us all going!</p>

<p>My friend Dan Badger and I (mainly Dan) had the 'bright idea' of running The Blackminster Half Marathon this March (11th). Yes, that's right, 13 miles..........ouch! We now have 7 weeks to get into shape - panic has set in!</p>
<p>The idea of running a Half Marathon for self satisfaction wasn't quite enough, so we thought what better way to raise money, for Mum's charity! Please sponsor the worthy cause.
