I am setting myself a goal to raise £200 for an incredible charity known as Together For Short Lives. Together For Short Lives aims to support 49,000 children and young people who are living in the UK with health conditions that are life-shortening or even life-threatening.



By supporting me with my fundraising challenges, we are able to raise money for an amazing charity to help them to provide the children with support and fulfil their lives and the give the very best care at the end of their life. Unfortunately no one can change the diagnosis, but together we can help children and families make the most of their time together.
