Ritthika is one of the many bears in IAR's sanctuaries who urgently need our help.  It costs IAR over £1000 per year to look after each and every bear that they rescued.  They need to raise this money, and fast.

Ritthika is a young and active sloth bear.  She loves water and has spent most of this summer sitting in the pool or the water trough.  She even goes off to nap inside the pond or the water trough.  Her best friends are Bizi and Sonia.  She enjoys climbing the trees and structures in her enclosure. 

She is scared of Giri bear as he bullies her to play with him, so often times the keepers have to rescue her from him.  Ritthika is eating well and enjoying all fruits that are served to her.  She is friendly with both her keepers and cooperates for everything.  

I'll be raising the funds to look after Ritthika for a year.
