Chris persuaded me to do a Triathlon with him and I succumbed because I've just hit 40 and I want to do something to show that I'm on the right side of forty. As I am unfit and middle-aged, I thought that you might like to share in my pain by making a donation no matter how small (though the larger the better!)

We've choosen ARC as it is a charity providing support to a group of silent suffers in our community - those families who have found that their dreams of having a healthy baby have been shattered. It's a charity that has a hard time raising funds because the emotional work that it does goes unseen, yet it's a life line to those families. You can find more information at:
