I am going to run in the 5k Maccabi fun run for Jewish Deaf Association.  The JDA does not receive any council funding and relies on your donation and support.

The JDA is at the heart of the Jewish Deaf community and there for everyone with a hearing loss.  Whatever you help me raise will help to make life more fulfilling, engaging and meaningful for deaf, deafblind and hard of hearing people: whether it be a deafblind person escaping the isolation of being home alone and relishing a walk in the sunshine with a guide; the parents of a deaf baby receiving guidance and support as they struggle to come to terms with the minefield of information and decisions they face; a much-loved family member who has become hard of hearing needing to communicate better and make life easier and happier.
